As a result, I've simplified the dishes I cook & the way my kitchen space is set up for efficiency.

I get my simplistic approach to life from none other than my beautiful Mom. She's the most organized person I know, and thankfully that gene has been passed down to me! 

She's the one who taught me the fine art of dancing in the kitchen. Yes, I do bust a move in my kitchen!

Here's an old 70's snap of the two of us, getting our chocolate cake ready to enjoy. I now serve tasty desserts, especially chocolate/peanut butter treats from that same cake platter.
